Hi there!

I've been noticing some pretty amazing changes in the world right now, but first I want to hear,

Do you feel distracted from a life you were meant to live?

Like there is literally never any time for you?

Maybe you know inside that the way you are living -up to your eyeballs in emails, and constantly racing from one thing to the next- is crazy.

You know that there is another way... you just don’t know how, exactly.

You crave grace and ease, to flow with life instead of moving against it.

To know, for once, how to hold your center with poise, no matter what is happening around you…

I have been privileged to witness the deep transformation and healing of re-connecting the mind and body throughout the work I have done over the last 10 years.

Watching women overcome their deepest concerns in only a few days is magical.

Which is why I have created Taru for you.

I want you to:

~ Never again, be separated, from the clear voice of your inner truth.

~Be at one with your body, cultivating a harmonious, congruous, relationship with it for life.

~Drop negative self- talk.

~Learn to find flow in your life, so that you can live with ease.

As a long time fitness advocate, student of spirituality (with a BA in World Religions and Culture), and Pilates instructor, I have been privileged to witness the deeply healing and transformative affects of merging the mind with the body. It is a process that deeply connects us to Spirit.

Through this embodied spirituality, I have come to know the vast potential of my femininity.

I've learned to find harmony with the world around me, make deeper connections with nature, and have better access to my intuition.

I believe that this is a very exciting time for women!

It is time to embrace all that it means to be a Woman.

For this reason, I have gathered top level professionals, from Yoga, Pilates, and Dance as well as specialized teachers to guide you to better connect with nature, and your intuition

All of this to help usher you into a new era of being You!

If you are ready for powerful transformation, experiences of deep healing, and connection to the land in a community of like minded Sisters, I welcome you to TARU, and I can not wait to celebrate with you.

Love and Blessings,

Bianca Velez

owner of Find the Midline, ltd

TARU (Akkadian for “to know,” as well as “to return”) is a 4-day festival celebrating the transformational power of women's bodies.

Under the guidance of leaders in Pilates, yoga and dance, we will gather in the pristine woods of the Upper Delaware River Valley to explore the connection between mind, body and spirit, unearthing the true potential of the divine feminine.

For millennia, the healing properties of connecting mind and body have been explored. A truly global canon of movement has been established–from shaking, singing and twirling to calisthenics, strength training and stretching. Pilates, yoga and dance are powerful modalities that help us relate not only to the self, but to the earth. They cultivate a deeper awareness of our inner and outer journeys and empower us to meet life's challenges.

At TARU, we will:

• Learn from teachers renowned in their fields

• Move our bodies in celebration

• Nourish ourselves with delicious meals created from the earth

• Relax during guided meditations and sacred forest journeys

• Commune in the beauty of nature

• Support each other wholeheartedly

• Laugh to our heart's content
