Foundations is an online course that gives you all of the basics that you could ever need for my online program. It also works well as a stand alone learning experience and workout series. Foundations teaches the building blocks of creating a strong and healthy core, and trouble shoots any of the body issues that come up when starting a new exercise program, such as tight hips, sore neck muscles during flexion, how to use correct alignment to protect your lower back, and more.
