Hi,

a little bit about me .... I initially came to the Pilates method in 2000 and to tell you the truth, I felt as if Pilates was haunting me. It showed up in my life, again, and again, until I finally gave it my full focus, completing my certification in 2008- and now I know why. The Pilates Method has changed my life more that I ever could have imagined. After navigating bulimia, anorexia, and endless cycles of over eating followed by excessive exercise, I couldn't imagine living with a healthy relationship to food and my body. Pilates healed me, Mind Body and Spirit. Now, after more than 10 years of study, I continue to be blown away by the power of this method to heal and transform. This is my passion, and it its what I want to share with you.
