My journey into health coaching began when my husband was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer at 33. We extended his life by more than three years beyond his prognosis by utilizing an integrative approach to treatment. After his passing in 2017, I committed myself to learning everything I could to help my family—and others—optimize their health and reduce the risk of disease.
I hold degrees in Psychology, Biology, and Childhood Education, along with certifications in Health Coaching (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) and Terrain Advocate (Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health). As both a health coach and a terrain advocate, I serve as a mentor, educator, and navigator—helping clients personalize their diet and lifestyle choices, connect with resources, and assemble the support they need to thrive.
